Quantum Pulse casting

Quantum Pulse casting reel. The graphite body of the Quantum Pulse combines a nice sense of robustness with a weight (212 g) that will never be excessive on 6'6"/7" rods, with casting power of 1/2 oz. to 1 – 1/2 oz. Beautiful and definitely useful when fishing with wet hands, the EVA knobs that complete the double anodized aluminum crank. Five ball bearings, a number in line with the price range, are placed in the "vital" points for the use and smoothness of the reel. Like all Quantum components they are of excellent quality. Recovery is an excellent 6.6:1, 75 cm. per turn of the handle which places it in an intermediate range as an ideal speed ratio for fishing with reaction baits such as spinnerbaits and chatterbaits for example, but also for fishing with softbaits mounted on jig or Texas heads and rubber shads. The great smoothness is also given by a construction feature of the spool, namely Skeleton UltraLight, aluminum lightened in the points of least stress. It is notable for the small ring nut placed on the junction between the crank and the body which acts as an indicator of the spooled line. Left crank.
