Il doppio amo presenta un doppio anello solido per impieghi gravosi legato da Mustad con PE e Kevlar di alta qualità. I due assist hook sono collegati all'estremità superiore dell'esca da jigging per migliorare l'aggancio, poiché il pesce predatori attaccano spesso la sola estremità superiore. Un altro vantaggio è il minor numero di intoppi dovuto all'assenza dei tradizionali grovigli sulla coda in fase di lancio.. L'assist hook, potenziato con pelle di pesce e elementi flash per attirare l'attenzione:  stati testati per un periodo di 2 anni dallo staff Mustad prima di essere lanciati ed hanno dati risultati sbalorditivi.

The double hook rig features a heavy-duty solid double ring tied to the wide gap Mustad hook with high quality PE and Kevlar materials. The two assist hooks are connected to the top end of the slim jigging lure to improve hookset, as the fish often strikes at the top end. Another benefit is less snags because of the absence of the traditional tail treble. The assist hook has fish skin and flash tied in to attract attention, creating a striking point. These hooks were tested over a period of 2 years by Mustad's pro staff before they were launched.
