Designed to meet the needs of professional anglers, the Tatula Type HD features a rugged gear train, with Air Rotation, supported within a rigid aluminum housing. A hybrid-design levelwind combines the durability of a standard levelwind with the casting performance of Daiwa's T-Wing aperture, which reduces friction that can slow line flow. An Ultimate Tournament Drag™ (UTD) uses carbon drag washers for maximum fish-stopping power. An 8-bearing system assures smooth, flawless performance. A large 100mm cut-away swept handle with Soft-Touch knobs reduces weight and increases the angler's power and sensitivity. The Reel's aluminum A7075 aircraft grade spool and Mag-Force Z magnetic brake system allows for smooth, effortless casting.
