New Shimano Kairiki 8. Kairiki 8 is the new Kairiki renewed 8-strand braid from Shimano, this braid is produced in Japan and characterized by the "VT construction Method" technology. It is a very resistant and fluid PE line, perfect for reaching long casting distances. Available in diameters from 0.06mm to 0.42mm, breakage resistant up to 46.7kg. The new Shimano Kairiki 8 with VT technology is perfect for spinning in both fresh and salt water as it is very sensitive and particularly fluid, a feature that reduces noise. It will be available in two new high visibility colors, Yellow and Multicolor, in addition to the classic Mantis Green and Steel Grey. The Multicolor version is very interesting for deep fishing.

Thanks to the fluidity of the line and the small diameter, Kairiki 8 is excellent for jigging as it creates less water resistance and maximum elongation of < 3.0%, it is also a very sensitive line.
