General terms and conditions of sale
www.bassstoreitaly.com is an e-commerce site dedicated to the sale of products for sport fishing, owned by Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. All those who purchase on the site www.bassstoreitaly.com, whether individuals or companies, under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are to be considered customers. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the sales of products listed on the site www.bassstoreitaly.com, starting from the registration of the order. They are applied to sales made via the Internet, telephone, fax, and e-mail.
Terms and Acceptance
The fact that the Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before confirming their order automatically implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of the same without reservation. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other clauses, except for all specific agreements reached in writing and signed by both parties. The purchaser is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and related further communications; personal data, telephone number, and e-mail must exclusively be their own real personal data and not those of third parties and/or imaginary.
Modification of Sales Conditions
Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. reserves the unconditional right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
Products
Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. is committed to presenting the essential characteristics of the products handled. The photographs illustrating the products could, in some cases, not be 100% identical to the product itself, without however prejudice to its quality which will in any case be equivalent if not improved. If errors are introduced, in no case will Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. be responsible. All products on this site comply with the specific reference regulations governing their distribution and use at the community and national level; products that require it are therefore CE marked and accompanied by a declaration of conformity. Furthermore, the quality system active in Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. requires a careful selection of suppliers and a strict control of products that guarantee their complete safety and high quality. For any other technical and/or regulatory information, or further documentation, such as technical data sheets or specific requests that the operator may need, our Customer Service is available and will promptly provide all answers.
Prices
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros and are prices including VAT. Any shipping costs are excluded. As supplier rates are constantly evolving, the prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also subject to variations (upwards or downwards) for reasons related to the launch of a product, promotions, sales, and special payment methods (which are charged to the customer). Attention: all prices are given subject to any typing errors.
Orders
In the process of completing the order, the Customer is requested to: 1) fill in the form relating to personal data; it is important to specify the delivery address, telephone number, and an e-mail address. 2) carefully reread the form, in all its parts, before validating the order. Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. is not held responsible in any case for errors relating to an incorrect purchase or one to be cancelled and not made known without making any arrangements via email or fax, nor for errors relating to the delivery of the package, resulting from information or data incorrectly entered by the Customer in the personal data form. 3) report within two hours following the moment the order was confirmed any reconsiderations such as: cancellation of the order, payment modifications, change of products, variation of the shipping address. In case of cancellation of an order paid with Paypal or credit card, the customer is responsible for and bears the costs attributed to BASS AND PIKE TACKLE for the payment and refund transaction.
Order Confirmation
For all orders placed on the site, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the address indicated by the Customer in their data sheet.
Invoices
The invoice will be attached to the shipment and will be delivered directly to the buyer's home. Any copies of the sales invoice can be requested by sending an email to ordini@bassstoreitaly.com
Delivery Times
Orders received by 1:00 PM on Thursday are processed the same day via courier with delivery in 24/48 hours, subject to stock availability.
Transport Conditions
Delivery is intended to be on the ground floor. For any deliveries to upper floors, contact us to receive a quote.
Warranty
Upon arrival of the package, check that it does not show signs of tampering. Disputes can only be considered if, at the time of delivery, the wording “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” is recorded on the handheld device by the Customer, accompanied by a signature. If the carrier refuses to record the reservation, we invite you to refuse delivery and send the material into storage. Disputes sent in different ways cannot be accepted. No claim can be considered valid if reported after 7 days from receipt of the material. Claims must reach Customer Service via the telephone number 0744 281987 or in writing (mail or e-mail). No material should be returned without our authorization. Authorized returns must reach us accompanied by the transport document indicating the number and date of the invoice relating to the original supply.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on our site are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's home, as these purchases are finalized outside of commercial premises. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the term of 10 (ten) days from receipt of the goods. For the beginning of this evaluation period, the date indicated on the delivery note will prevail.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. a written communication to this effect, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F, Via Mercurio 1 - 05100 Terni or by telegram. Once we have received the aforementioned communication of withdrawal, Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. will immediately communicate to the customer both via e-mail and by telephone to return the goods with the simple care of indicating their data such as name, surname, address, and telephone number on the package.
The goods must reach us within the ten working day period provided by law. The product must be returned to Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F., Via Mercurio 1, 05100 Terni, in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging and complete in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or any invoice).
The right of withdrawal applies EXCLUSIVELY to the final consumer. Companies and professionals with a VAT number who purchase in such capacity are therefore excluded.
COST OF RETURNING THE GOODS in case of a NON-DEFECTIVE product.
The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer should the customer wish to change the product for a simple personal change of mind, or purchase error independent of a problem with the functionality of the returned product(s) (example: incorrect selection by the customer of a garment size)

The rates applied for returns not dependent on errors by Bass and Pike Tackle or product defects, if the customer wishes to avail themselves of the return, are:
return of one-piece rods, belly boats, and bulky objects €15
return of reels, clothing, two-piece rods, lures, lines, terminal tackle and similar €8
Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. therefore recommends the insured sending of the shipment as the return journey is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F will communicate the event to the customer (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer, simultaneously cancelling the withdrawal request; Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with non-insured shipments. Furthermore, if the returned goods appear in any way tested/used even if in a very small percentage, they will be evaluated to verify their integrity, and in the event that a missing percentage is found, the product will be fully paid for by the Customer; in the case of equipment, they must be new as per shipment. Procedure: In the event that the Customer wishes to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal, they must inform Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to our address, containing: * the expression of will to avail themselves of the benefits granted by law * the indication of the product/products ordered * the details of the order document and the data relating to their bank account with which the payment was made (bank, reference branch, account number). The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product. Subject to compliance with the conditions of the previous point (return of goods), the Customer will be refunded for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. will proceed with the refund of the above within 30 (thirty) working days following receipt of the goods. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank coordinates indicated by the customer. Regarding the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs for sending the goods as per the order by Bass and Pike Tackle di Dotto F. and any refund management costs will be deducted from the total value paid by the customer.
For any dispute arising from the Contract or connected to it, the Court of Terni shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
