AIRRUS MERCURIAL. An innovative series of spinning rods in design and technical content, produced by AIRrus after 38 months of engineering and development. Equipped with highly innovative technological solutions and design elements, aimed at pure PERFORMANCE.

Technical Features:

MULTIMODULUS TECH. The MULTI-MODULUS blanks are built on a 40 TON base with Pre-preg of different types of carbon, having varying tapers and thicknesses for each model to ensure the best fishing experience, with every part of the blank able to work harmoniously. The greatly reduced resin content, the internal "carbon-scrim" screen, and the extremely reduced thickness of the blank walls generate fishing rods with an unmatched sensitivity compared to conventionally built rods.

Magma Nanochain Resin System. It is an innovative technology that enables the formation of a continuous 3-D structure that precisely aligns the polymers in a nano-metric scale by suppressing the self-organization effect where they combine on their own upon mixing polymers. The effect of this new Airrus Nano-Tube resin is an overall increase in carbon fiber performance in terms of torsional, compression, and impact resistance, which means a lighter yet more performing rod.

PENTHA HANDLE. Handles with a SEMI PENTAGONAL profile for a larger contact surface in key points.

TOP QUALITY EVA LASER ENGRAVED. Grade 80 EVA, laser engraved and cut for maximum ergonomics.

L.A.B.S. CUSTOM WINDING CHECKS. Custom metal parts, laser engraved, manufactured exclusively by AIRrus for AIRrus with a balancing function.

SUPER TUNED ACTIONS. Blank actions optimized in every single model, for each specific fishing technique.

CARBON / POLYAMIDE INTERFUSION technology. Reel seats made of carbon fiber and polyamide, with a high contact surface and a dense molecular structure that is incredibly harder than traditional plastic or nylon-graphite reel seats. They improve resistance and drastically emphasize sensitivity, clearly transmitting vibrations from the line.
