The AIRRUS X-ENTITY is a step into the future in bass fishing rod development. A competition tool that destroys common construction rules and opens new performance frontiers. The blank was developed with different objectives. The first was to create an extremely robust structure. Airrus did this by using three different textures and modules of graphite oriented at different angles (diagonal, horizontal, vertical), for resistance to torsion, compression, tension. This mix of graphites was shaped into the first OVERSIZE blank ever made. The The resulting result is an incredibly homogeneous blank, with a very fast response in terms of striking and lifting force of static weight and drag of dynamic weight. Secondary effects of this project are a modular blank in the bend which becomes progressively harder as the load applied to the rod increases, and an amplification of vibrations (Integrate Megaphone Effect.) for a resonance chamber created by the internal vacuum to pipes of such large diameter. The new V torsion tip is a hybrid of S2 fiberglass and other materials, with low thermal expansion, homogeneous in flexion in all directions, capable of withstanding angles that are unapproachable to common tips, resistant to wear and tear from use (lines and microfractures) , and above all capable of loading perfectly to project the bait at great distances. The ringing, developed with Kigan, includes the ZIRCONIA series (material superior to Sic) with a triangular stone for the spinning models. This ringing system, in addition to being very light, supports any type of line, allows easy passage of knots, and maintains line traction even with the bow/button open, guaranteeing total sensitivity, even in the free sinking phase of the bait.
