The Daiwa Luvias LT spinning reel is one of the classics in the Daiwa LT reel family! The Daiwa Luvias LT spinning reel features the Zaion monocoque body called "Monocoque Body (MQ)," which has allowed for a compact body while increasing the size of the drive gear by 7% compared to the previous model and decreasing the weight by a remarkable 25 grams! The rotor is also made of Zaion, instead of DS5, resulting in a 6-gram weight reduction.

The gears have evolved from the "Digigear II" to the new "Tough Digigear," which ensures quiet and smooth rotation for a long time.

Obviously, the new Luvias LT also features the "Magsealed" system, which consists of a waterproof structure that blocks the entry of water and dust by creating a protective wall of magnetic oil in the gap between the body and the rotor. Since the body and rotor have no contact with each other, the rotational performance also improves, making the reel even smoother.

All this is combined with further technical features such as the ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) clutch/drag system, which allows you to control the drag power immediately after the hook-set and prevents the fish from taking the initiative.

The spool has also been improved with the new LC-ABS (Long Cast-ABS), which replaces the previous ABS-II, with the goal of reducing contact resistance and providing a more uniform release of braided line.

It is available in both standard versions and FC (Finesse Custom) versions, ideal for light techniques such as Bass Fishing, Trout Game, and Light Rock Fishing. The body of the FC reels is more compact and lighter than the standard models, thanks also to the use of a light aluminum handle instead of the stainless steel handle found in the standard models and other internal elements to ensure balance and lightness.
