Daiwa Luvias LT Spinning reel. The Daiwa Luvias LT spinning reel represents the real 2020 novelty of the Daiwa LT reel family! In fact, the new Luvias LT features the monocoque body in Zaion called "Monocoque Body (MQ)" which has made it possible to maintain a compact body while increasing the size of the control wheel by 7% compared to the previous model and decreasing the weight by as much as 25 grams! The rotor is also in Zaion, rather than DS5, and has guaranteed a weight reduction of 6 grams. The gears have evolved from the "Digigear II" to the new "Tough Digigear" which allows you to maintain quiet and smooth rotation for a long time. Obviously, also in the new Luvias LT, there is the "Magsealed" system, which consists of a waterproof structure that blocks the entry of water and dust by creating a protective wall of magnetic oil in the space between the body and the rotor. Since the body and rotor have no contact with each other, spinning performance also improves, making the reel even smoother. All combined with further technical features such as the ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) clutch which allows you to control the power of the drag following the strike and does not give initiative to the fish. The spool has also been improved with the new LC-ABS (Long cast-ABS), which replaces the previous ABS-II, with the aim of reducing contact resistance and more uniform release of the braid. Available in both standard and FC (Finesse Custom) versions, ideal for light techniques such as Bass Fishing, Trout Game and Light Rock Fishing. The body of the FC reels is more compact and lighter than the standard models, also thanks to the use of a lightweight aluminum handle instead of the stainless steel that we find in the standard models and other internal elements to ensure balance and lightness.
