Fuji KL series FaZLite/Stainless Steel Guides.

An integral part of the famous KR Concept, these single-foot guides offer maximum line management thanks to the Tangle-Free K-Series design, which eliminates tangles, especially with Braided Line (Braid). The robust Stainless Steel frame ensures excellent corrosion resistance in Saltwater environments, while the FaZLite insert (known for its durability and smoothness) delivers exceptional performance at an accessible price.

Choosing the correct guide height is crucial for Rod Building.

The KL series is the backbone of Fuji's KR Concept, the guide placement system designed to optimize the management of modern fishing lines (especially Braid). The crucial difference between the models lies in the frame height, which controls the reduction of the line cone exiting the spinning reel:

KL-High (H): The tallest frame. Used as the Initial Reduction Guide (Stripper Guide) to quickly "gather" the wider cone of line coming off the spinning reel, preventing tangles and accelerating diameter reduction.

KL-Med (M): The medium height frame. Acts as a Progressive Reduction Guide to gradually bring the line closer to the rod blank, maintaining tension and smoothness.

KL-Low (L): The lowest frame. Used in the mid/tip section, it facilitates the transition to the smaller running guides (KT or KB), completing the reduction efficiently and compactly to maximize casting distance and sensitivity.
