Loomis & Franklin Click SL

The Loomis & Franklin CLICK SL fly reel is equipped with a ratchet brake, which slows spool rotation to prevent the line or tail from escaping from the spool in a controlled manner. In fact, it lacks the classic clutch, making it ideal for light fishing on trout, chub and grayling. You'll be able to use it either right- or left-handed because the ratchet brake is ambidextrous. Its enclosed frame is especially convenient because it prevents the 0.55 mm ultralight line or rat tail from creeping between the frame and reel during retrieval, thus preventing annoying tangles. This allows you to use Loomis & Franklin's CLICK SL reel even in Euronymph fishing with maximum effectiveness.

Also excellent reel in dry fly fishing and classic nymph fishing. The "large arbor" spool offers a very high retrieving capacity and also significantly reduces the memory effect on both the rat tail and the line. The frame is very sturdy and is made of anodized 6061-T6 aluminum to best resist corrosion.
