Reaction Strike Shimmy Shad

The Reaction Strike Shimmy Shad is a soft pike swimbait perfect when cast at depths of around 3/4 metres, towed at medium-slow speed, it descends beyond 5 metres, with thin lines, in open water, even more. When cast, it lends itself well to "making a lot of water" in the medium/low range, without having to speed up the recovery too much or reach out with the rod high so as not to collect debris from the seabed. Thanks to the softness of the rubber used it can also be recovered very slowly maintaining that light vibration by shaking from head to tail without going down "like a stone" losing appeal. This type of tight vibration without ever being too strong is very popular with large fish. The right balance between weight and hardness of the compound allows the Shimmy Shad to be recovered over grass, around hard structures such as trees, or vertically, controlling its fall, always remaining vibrant and never too tied in the movement. Retrieved straight, it is attacked more often during serious speed changes of direction, especially on the surge under the boat or near the bank in the last meters of recovery.
