Shimano Technium AS Trout Area spinning

The new Shimano Technium AS ‘trout area’ style spinning rods are specifically designed to maximise fishing performance with small hardbaits and spoon. Ultra light and thin, the Technium AS's premium action is semi-parabolic to improve casting and fish retrieval when using light lines and barbless hooks. The Shimano Technium AS offers excellent performance combined with a 1000 or 2000 size spinning reel, creating the perfect combo set-up. The Technium AS's Full Carbon blanks are in line with the latest requirements for Trout Area rods. Lightweight, ultra thin and with a perfect action, the addition of Shimano's Diaflash technology gives the perfect amount of ‘backbone’ for casting ultra-light lures with precision.  The Technium AS rod is fitted with Fuji KR Fazlite type rings. The Shimano IPS reel seat was chosen for comfort and sensitivity and the split cork grip completes the attractive look.
