The components are selected for marine use: Sea Guide Hero Hi-Grade guides with thin aluminum oxide inserts and SS316 stainless steel frames in a gun smoke finish, paired with a Fuji® DPS Deluxe reel seat with a Fuji® Back Stop safety lock nut (on select models) to prevent accidental loosening. Developed in Park Falls (USA) and handcrafted at the St. Croix facility in Fresnillo (Mexico), these specific models are designed for targeting coastal predators such as sea bass, bluefish, leerfish, and barracuda. They are also recommended for targeting small to medium-sized tunas feeding on the surface.
