Trabucco Cassiopea NXT SURF three-piece surfcasting rod. This top of the range Trabucco surf rod is made from CXN Nano Tek carbon fibre with low resin content, Fuji Alconite KWAG stainless steel K-frame rings, secured by double tying which seals the foot of the ring against salt water intrusion. The Trabucco Cassiopea NXT Surf features improved Twist Free technology with a tighter winding structure. Reinforced with 45° carbon on the joints for a perfect curve (X-Joint). Mounted with a tubular carbon tip with split end (FH Rip Tip). High-visibility coated tip, unique ergonomically shaped grip for total control when casting. The underside of the grip is rubber-coated, ensuring optimum control of the rod, while the knob relieves the load on the groin when support is needed. The Slick Surface coating repels moisture and water droplets, preventing the line from sticking to the rod. The new Trabucco Cassiopea NXT rod uses the latest generation Twist Free: a technology that counteracts blank torsion, protecting it from breakage but above all increasing casting distance and precision, because the rings and longitudinal carbon fibres maintain alignment during casting. Mounted with a Fuji Long Nose DNPS nylon/graphite reel seat.
