Mechanical Compatibility with Daiwa Exceler LT20 and Daiwa Exceler LT23 Generations

The Daiwa Exceler LT 17 spool ensures excellent mechanical interchangeability with other Daiwa Exceler LT series:

• Compatible Fit: The Exceler LT 17 spool fits perfectly onto Daiwa Exceler LT 20 and Daiwa Exceler LT 23 reel bodies, provided the reel sizes match (1000, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000).

• Technical Note on ATD Drag: If the LT 17 spool is installed on an Exceler LT 23 reel body, the drag will not utilize the ATD-L technology (introduced with the 2023 series), but will instead operate according to the native performance of the drag system built into the LT 17 spool. Oscillation, main shaft fit, and line lay remain 100% perfect.
