Textreme Power Thread Small. A technical polymer with a very high breaking strength in relation to its diameter, up to ten times higher than a steel of the same diameter, suitable for tying fly fishing lures where a very strong but thin thread is required at the same time. A multi-purpose thread that covers a remarkable range of uses, from the creation of smooth and uniform underbodies, to the tying of difficult hairs such as elk and deer, to the possibility of splitting it for loop tying without resorting to doubling the thread. It is available both in black (a solid colour that does not fade during use) and in the natural white colour that can be easily coloured with an indelible, water-resistant marker. Its size makes it a suitable thread for making underbodies on medium-sized hooks and small streamers.
